A Perfect Pumpkin Dessert

I think I love this easy
pumpkin dessert
even more
than pumpkin pie!
*Gasp*


Crust:
  • 1 pkg yellow cake mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
Reserve 1 cup of the cake mix for topping. Combine remaining mix, butter, & egg. Press into a 9x13 pan.

Filling:
  • 3 cups pumpkin
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup canned (evaporated) milk
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
Mix filling ingredients until smooth. Pour over crust.

Topping:
  • 1 cup cake mix
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
Combine ingredients, cutting as for pie crust. Sprinkle over filling. Bake 50 min. at 350 degrees.
