How to Make Pretty Napkin Holders

Sorry I've been "M.I.A" lately. I have been super busy! One of the things I've been doing is making the tablecloths in the photos below! But there are some neat posts coming up, so please hang in there with me.

Cute napkin holders can really dress up a table & the ones I helped make for the Mary Poppins Party went a long way toward making the place settings look special.  Of course you could substitute other flowers, ribbons, colors to put your own spin on this idea.
Here are the step-by-step instructions to these reusable napkin holders . . .

Step 1: We used a strip of paper with slits in the back that are made to be napkin holders, but you could make your own with card stock.
Step 2: Silk greenery went on top with lots of hot glue to hold it in place. {I use wire cutters or something to squish all the pieces together until the glue dries - like in the "Step 4" picture.}
Step 3: Place a pre-tied bow on top of greenery.
Step 4: Apply hot glue & "squish" again.
Step 5: Top with a daisy. {These were just taken off of the stems.}
Step 6: Fasten the back with the slits in the paper.

Would you like to see a sneak peek of the party?
{A great post is coming up with pics from a professional photographer!}
This party & all the details were planned by the fabulous "Toni" from Design Dazzle.  It was so fun to host a party with her!
