Tortellini Pasta Salad
- cooked rinsed & cooled cheese tortellini
- chopped green onions
- raw broccoli
- kidney beans (drained)
- black beans (drained)
- artichoke hearts
- fresh parmesean cheese
- tomatoes (cherry tomatoes work well, but I just use whatever I have)
Mix these ingredients together, then top with the dressing . . .
- Lite House Blue Cheese salad dressing (from the fridge section)
- Bernstien's Italian salad dressing
(Mix equal parts of the two salad dressings together, then add to salad.)
Mmmmm! It's SO good!
