Sweet Chex Mix (AKA "CHRISTMAS CRACK"!)

Warning: Once you start eating

this stuff it is impossible quite difficult to stop!

That's why we nicknamed it "Christmas Crack".

Jana's (Sweet) Chex Mix   

• Small box Corn Chex cereal 
• Small box Rice Chex cereal
• Small box Wheat Chex cereal
• 1 cup shredded coconut 
• 1 bag small Rold Gold brand circle pretzels
• 1 cup sliced almonds

Mix above ingredients (I use two large bowls & put half in each bowl).

• 1 pound butter (4 sticks)
• 2 & 2/3 cup sugar
• 1 cup light corn syrup

Boil the three above ingredients for approximately 1 minute. Pour over cereal mixture & stir. Spread out on cookie sheets & let harden (if the syrup drips to the bottom, stir occasionally until hardened). Next, try not to eat it all in one sitting! Ha!
